- Click here for floorplans, virtual tours and to also make reservations directly. If you were to reserve a bed, you will be randomly assigned room mates. If you were to reserve a room, you could arrange who your room mates are amongst yourselves and pool your money together to pay through the name of the reserver. Please see below for discounted rates.
- There are limited spaces available --- 6 Verdot Suites, 8 Sauvignon Suites, 8 Sauvignon Rooms in Shared Suites. There are currently 88 beds total available between these suites, but one participant could reserve an entire Sauvignon Suite and not use the room to full capacity if they wanted.
- The following are regular rates and will be discounted with promo code of "babaylan" :
*$234 per night for a Sauvignon Suite (sleeps up to 6; approx $39/bed, per night)
* $90 per night for a Room in a Shared Sauvignon Suite (sleeps up to 2;approx $45/bed per night)
* $119 per night for a Verdot Suite (sleeps up to 4; approx $29/bed per night)
The promo code will be good for 4/15 to 4/19 only. Don't forget to use promo code to bring these rates down! Promo code is good for discounted rates up until 7 days prior to check-in. Reservations made after that date will not be eligible for the -special promotional rate.
- For those with motor vehicles, there is parking space available for additional fee.
- Currently, SSU is operating this conference lodging program without a Service Desk or dedicated
reservations coordinator. - The check-in process is self-service (pin # to front door and map emailed to guest). Additional information can be left inside the suites. There will be a guest service message line available to all guests once they arrive, but at this time we ask that all initial questions go through CFBS and we will work with the SSUdepartment which is hosting the conference and guests.
- Full-sized refrigerators, microwaves, stove and ovens are available in the Sauvignon suites only, no dishes, pots, pans, utensils are provided. The Verdot suites have mini-friges. All suites are furnished with bed linens, towels, and washcloth's.
- Linens and toilet paper are provided, but the rooms do not have soap, dishes, televisions, or phones. We have the ability to convert a limited # of twin beds into king beds.
- Pets and smoking are NOT allowed in the Residential Community.

8:00A - 4:30P. To receive a full refund minus a $25.00 admin fee, please make cancellations more than 72 hours in advance of your check-in date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your check-in date shall not be eligible for any refunds.
