Conference Registration
To get registered, you will need to do two things:
- Send in completed registration form.
- Send in payment.
You can also register and pay on-site at the conference on 4/17 & 4/18/2010.

- Registration Form in MSWord form (download and fill this out directly using MSWord, save and email or save and print to fax or postal mail to us).
Register By Mail
- Download, print and completely fill out Registration Form.
- Make check or money order payable to IHCenter and write Center for Babaylan Studies in memo of check.
- Mail both form and payment to CFBS, 282 Beech Ave., Santa Rosa, Ca 95409.
Deadline for registration/payment via mail is 04/03/2010

Register By Email

Pay online through IHCenter Donate Button
Complete the registration form so that you know your total fees for registering. Then, click the links provided here to the IHCenter and you will be taken to the CFBS page at the IHCenter. Look for the one-time donation box. Specify the total amount you come up with on the in the field and then click on the Make donation button. A new web page will pop up and there you will be able to specify a mode of payment(credit card, paypal, check or money order) and your information. When you are done with payment online you will receive an email confirming your donation/payment. Please be sure to keep a copy of that confirmation. Click here to pay online.
Discounts
- 50% discount rate for STUDENTS & SENIORS (60+ years) only. Subject to approval. Please fax proof of ID to 512.276.6577 (Attention: Reg Discount). OR mail in copy of proof of ID with Registration Form. (Discounts cannot be combined or transferred).
- 10% off for Groups of 4 or more delegates from the same institution/center/family. Subject to approval. Delegates of a group can register separately. Include names of fellow delegates on page 2 of the Registration Form. Discount will not be processed until minimum of 4 mentioned delegates have sent in registration. (Discounts cannot be combined or transferred).
- Registering for multiple persons and/or 3rd Party/s. If you would like to register for more than one person and/or another person other than yourself, please make sure to provide names and details in the comment lines found at the bottom of the Registration Form.

Refunds
20-50% fee will be incurred depending on how close to the conference date you cancel.
